Career Highlights
7th at 2023 U.S. 10k Road Championships
Family
I am the first-born of a set of quadruplets (3 girls and 1 boy; named Bethany, Natalie, and Nathaniel). Most, if not all, of my competitive spirit and related success originates from my experience as a quad. Our parents never ceased to provide us with every opportunity to thrive, both as a team and as individuals. Needless to say, my siblings serve as not only my biggest competitors, but also my greatest supporters.
Greatest Accomplishment
Listening to my intuition. I spent 25 years of my life chasing goals that felt practical, but never truly satiated my soul. Once I began to pursue possibility over practicality, I began to discover my highest, most fulfilled self.
Interesting Story
In addition to my professional and athletic career, I also serve as the primary caretaker for my ill father. Although he’s extremely limited in his ability to walk, he fills his days with the hope of one day running another marathon. I began running two years ago because he can’t. Unexpectedly, in pursuit of fulfilling his dream, I began one of my own.

Favorite Running Memory
Hearing my sister’s voice on the sidelines with 100m to go at CIM (2022). She said, “We’re going to Disney World, Soph!,” with a sense of pride in me that was nearly palpable. My eyes well up with tears every time I think of it!
